 Streamline Waste Exchange Program

  • Is your business interested doing more about your waste management?
  • Have you already partnered with neighbouring businesses to share waste contractors or reuse waste materials?
  • Did you attend a Waste Exchange workshop and want to see how the tool has been developed?
  • If you answered yes to any of the above then this event is for you!

Through a NSW Government Environmental Trust Urban Sustainability Grant aimed at supporting resource recovery initiatives, Auburn and Parramatta City Councils in partnership with the Institute for Sustainable Futures (ISF) developed the Streamline 'Waste Not', waste exchange tool.

The tool developed in consultation with local Duck River businesses through the Streamline program provides an on-line platform to map waste sources and resource recovery options within the Catchment.

The innovative aspect of the tool is its ability to collect, map and aggregate data on commercial and industrial (C&I) waste streams, making the collection and reuse of co-located smaller volumes of waste viable.

To see what difference you can make through resource recovery and partnerships with other likeminded businesses please join us for this FREE event.
