Streamline

The Epping Hotel has recently taken part in the Streamline Water Audit Program - a joint initiative between Sydney Water and Parramatta City Council. Licensee Jim Granger shares how the hotel consistently tries to do its bit for the environment and that taking part in the program was another step in the right direction. The Hotel's involvement in this initiative has helped reduce its water use by about a third, resulting in substantial cost savings to the business.
