While not easy to be green in plastics, sales manager Warren Sheldon, has successfully worked with suppliers to replace solvent-based backing materials with water-based ones thereby completely eliminating one toxic waste stream. Warren is passionate about up scaling their products, cutting waste and reducing energy usage.
